Domino’s Pizza Airlie Beach

absolutely horrendous service and taste. pizzas were small in size and when we asked for one of our pizzas to be large and thin ‘n’ crispy the guy rudely said “no, you can only have one or the other” like we were meant to know??? anyways pizzas and customer service was disgusting DO NOT GO HERE

Great pizza and staff I was told my pizza was made by a phoebe and she did a great job, the driver Liam was great he got here before I made it to the front 10/10 would recommend

Me and my partner are both devastated with the service we encountered at dominos airlie beach tonight. Have seriously never been met with worse service! We made an order at 7:00 pm, for 45 dollars including a tip. About 50 min later still nothing, so I call and they tell us they can’t deliver it because I have a swedish phone number and there is no way to contact me (even though i put hotel name, room number and my email). They tell me we can meet up in our reception which we agree on and i ask ”how long will it be then, 5-10 min?” And the woman on the phone says that it will be out in about 20-25 min. So i put an alarm for 15 min and leave the room when the alarm rings. 20 min more pass and still nothing. We call and ask and she says there was no one there so they took the pizza back and cancelled the order. This is when she started being rude and blamed it on us. We were really confused by this as we had followed her instructions. But we really wanted to have our food so we tried to be polite and problem solving. I asked if i can make the order again and in that case wait in the reception the whole time if that makes it easier for them. She says yes you can try and hangs up on us. We make the new order for 50 dollar with a tip at 8:45 pm and 30 min later (9:15 pm) still nothing. We call and they say they’re closed early because of easter holidays. She was extremly rude. Why not tell us we can’t make the new order if they close early? I don’t argue about this, but simply ask what will happen with my money. She’s so extremly rude and yelling at us we’re lucky that she will refund us for the first order because it was our fault and they lose money because of this. We’re really sad about this experience and wasted 2-3 hours, and also our last night in airlie before leaving. I also don’t know what will happen with all of this money, hoping to get a refund on both of our orders that were cancelled.

Customer service is equal to zero and staff member presented as Manager has been rude ,arrogant with bad manners .She was not suitable for position and tasks she is performing .The business owner of this little store needs to be more carefull in selection ,when employing and recruiting required staff for this small business shop otherwise if continiue ,this small business wont have progress and more and more unsatisfied costumers

App failed to connect to the store and after finally getting an order through it never turned up. I tried call the store and they would hang up after 3 rings and at quarter to 10 their phone won't ring at all

Great delivery services!Stayed at Airlie beach for 2 weeks and ordered pizza via delivery twice, first delivery came within 8 minutes, second was 10 minutes. We were so impressed.Pizza toppings weren’t stingy, and pizzas were good.Thank you so much for a good experience!

Not sure if Domino's here is different to UK but the sizes are tiny and taste is shocking. For comparison the large is a uk individual and XL here is a medium. Had to go get more food. The only side on offer is microwaved garlic bread. Very disappointing

Been getting pizza from you guys since the start, always excellent. Lately had a small issue with delivery, was sorted pronto which is appreciated. Your delivery guy Jake is the man, quick and just a really good young fella who gets it done. Great pizza, great service , cannot recommend you more
