They arrived so quickly, the mock up from their design team was amazing and very accurate, and the price was great. Cubic Promote were so incredibly responsive and helpful from the very first enquiry, right up until the delivery of the product. All communication was via email and the Cubic Promote staff were polite and efficient. Sample was sent out quickly, drafted design was perfect, and product is of high quality (Umbrellas personalized with company logo). Will be ordering from Cubic Promote again!

Had a great experience with them. Leo got back to me with a quote on the same day I requested! and provided detailed mockups of the end product. Even after I changed my design multiple times, Leo kept us updated all the time. After out order was placed, Shen took care of the process, I received the product in a record time of 2 weeks. All other companies I quoted gave me a 4 weeks delivery time. In short, communication with the company (at least Leo and Shen) is a 10/10. The product I received is very good quality and we where quite impressed by the embroidery as it is very detailed. Also 10/10. I would definitely purchase their product again.
