Really great customer service.As a woman it can be intimidating to go to a new mechanic, but I had a really positive experience.Chris explained everything that needed to be done to my car & was happy to take time after business hours to take me through any issues I had in a non judgemental way.The included wash & vacuum was a nice touch!Would highly recommend to anyone.

I went with my friend to get her car serviced here. They didn’t mention many aspects of the service they performed. Adding on many small extra expenses that in my opinion aren’t necessary (fuel & oil additives, new windscreen wiper blades) simple things that can’t be assessed once done or aren’t due to be replaced. Transparency is key when it comes to some customers, and also not leaving rubbish in their car. Worryingly they were quick with the service though, I’ll give them that.

Chris and the team are so lovely, honest and genuine. They completed a roadworthy for my car and also helped me out when I had an unexpected issue, even when they were extremely busy. As others have said, sometimes it’s hard to find a good mechanic, but I struck gold here. I’m extremely grateful for their help and honest service.

Chris is very professional about the job, even its a small one, he told me what actually need to be fixed and what can be done later without impacting my safety in the car, he also gave me very sounded advice for the model of cars that I was thinking of getting. The service was quick and there is no upsale and I was really glad with no pushing and just good services with decent pricing. I was refer to there by another friend and I am very glad I have found this place. I would recommended.

Just had my RWC done by Chris and the guys at Glenferrie motors, I called and they fit me in the same day, honestly cannot fault these guys, they're honest, reliable and everything a mechanic should be these days, no up selling and accommodating. Highly recommend this place and I can see why their reviews are so positive.

We all know how hard it is to find a good, honest and affordable local mechanic. Thankfully my search is over! Chris and the team were recommended to me by my tyre guy at Bob Jane (plus some excellent Google reviews). As soon as I arrived and saw how neat and clean the garage was I knew I'd made the right choice. These guys are the real deal - genuine, old school professionals. They did a full service and replaced the rear breaks for about half the cost of what it would be at the Mercedes dealership. I will be bringing both my cars back here from now on. Thanks Chris!
