Jane at Eesome was amazing! I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and can honestly say this was the best application I have experienced in Melbourne so far. I got the full Russian whispy look and they are stunning! I was consulted with before the appointment, offered a super comfy blanket and a cushion to put under my legs. The beds were adjustable so I wasn’t completely flat either. I was very comfortable. I also received a complimentary lash kit with a soft thistle brush and cleanser which was a very nice surprise.

went in for a lash lift and tint, not sure who did it but she nearly fried off my lashes, it’s a month down the line and my lashes are ruined, will not be going back

A really poor experience unfortunately. Following 16 years of consistent (aside from covid) lash extensions, I made an online booking with Eesome Beaute & Lash Studio for a refill because my lash technician moved states. Over the years, with all my moves in location I’ve been to more than 30 lash studios. I made my booking online, received a call asking whether I had any lashes on already, I replied yes and was told that they would not be willing to refill my lashes. This happens at times, no problem. Certain salons aren’t willing to fill other technicians work and they make that clear. For whatever reason I did not see any note of this whatsoever when making the booking. I was told that the 50% deposit would not be refunded since their disclaimer was clear online. I explained that I had only just made the booking and that I didn’t see any disclaimer, was essentially told “too bad”, I explained that this is not great business practice, coming from someone in business but was flat out refused a deposit refund. The amount wasn’t anything important but the way they went about it was terrible. Coming from someone who reads a lot of reviews but rarely posts. Occasionally I feel the need to contribute to the review pool.

Jane and Kim have amazing customer service! They remember each client and always provide excellent service and beautiful lashes! They take time to consult to ensure you’re getting what you want whether it’s a natural or more full look.

I have been coming to Kim and Jane for at least 4 years now and my lashes are always looking amazing, the girls have always looked after me and I would never consider going anywhere else!I always feel in good hands and the salon is very nice, clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

Jane always does a fantastic job on my eyelashes. I’m always very happy when I leave. The premises is also very clean and appointments are on time. I highly recommend Eesome Beaute and Lash Studio.

I have been coming here for lash extensions for a few years now and am always so happy with how my lashes turn out, couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my lashes now. Kim and Jane are lovely and do an amazing job every time - would highly recommend them to anyone!
