Worst customer service experienceThis was my first shop at kings Malaga and sadly will be my lastThe checkout guy was so rude and obnoxious even I was surprised, in my 40 years of working in retail management I have never been spoken to so rudely.All I did was quiry a price! He accused me of not being able to read signs and doubted that I had spoke to another team member for pricing, this team member was extremely helpful, he then went on to say I don’t have to honer the price if I don’t want too!! Dose he own Kings!!Sorry kings you have lost my businessYou really don’t need toxic team members like him in your companyMy apologies to the 20+ people waiting in the que, hope they got better treatment

Put in order online and part of order arrived 6 days later. I then made an enquiry as I could see the Titan Drawers had not been sent after ordering the week before only to be told they were on a pallet waiting to be picked up for freight. I am rather annoyed that they took my money when they could not supply.

Long wait time, ordered an item for click and collect, first I was told it had already been picked up, then I was told that it wasn’t in stock in that store, but I could drive more than away to get it at another store, asked for a refund and was declined, instead told to go to the other store. Staff in store was great, but the store systems ruin the store.

Very happy with all our purchases. When we have had a problem (only once) with a product they were happy to exchange for a new one.

Most products are good for the price you pay. But when they do need replacing I have found that the same products I was happy with are discontinued and there are no similar item to replace. As in the small 6pack cooler bags that are great and the $39 neoprene seat covers, but no longer available. Pity.

Oh my goodness!.. do not buy their products from this particular store.. they are cheapy china rubbish that barely works. Ive been to other stores on the East of Australia and they were fine. I trusted that this one would be - but no.I bought 2 fans and both of them together on MAX ( only two settings) is less breeze than a Kmart fan on low setting. I am disgusted! Then when you call - you’re left hanging on the line with an automated voice telling you that you’re in the que but it fades out the number each time .. 20 mins later youre still waiting.Most of the reviews for this place are 1 star .. now I know why. Wish I’d looked at them before buying.

I had an awful experience with them. They sold me a faulty product and invested much time and energy in trying NOT to resolve the issue.First and last time I shop there, lesson learnt, stick to Anaconda or BCF who actually value their customers.What you need to know. If you have an issue, instead of resolving it and using common sense, they have to get their claims team involved over East.Clueless! You have been warned.Definitely do not buy anything from this company.They sell inferior quality and they have no concept of customer service.You will notice they normally respond to poor reviews by pretending to care and asking you to reac out to them if you need anything else. LOL.

Worst customer service. Ring to talk about my delivery that is late to be told a generic response. When I questioned why my order was late I was given the same response that it takes up to 14 days for delivery. It's 15 working days today and my order is still waiting for 4wd supacentre to approve pick up. I only found that out after speaking to to freight company. I'm really regretting shopping with 4WD supacentre as they took my payment straight away but failed in supplying my order or acknowledging that they messed up the ordering process. It's sad how companies get away with such bad customer service when clearly the person on the phone will have been able to see it was a mistake on their behalf from the info on there screen. But still the customer is wrong and has to wait.I will be telling as many people as I can not to shop at 4WD supacentre.As I've realised cheaper is not better

None of their products are working longer then 2 weeks before the fall apart.Would not recommend their stuff when you’re going into the bush :)
