The reception staff are very friendly. The person who installed my blinds didn’t do a good job and the receptionist made sure someone was sent the same day to fix the error. I am very happy with the custom made blinds. And the prompt service that was provided by the team. Thank you ..Highly recommended !!

We are very happy with our new screen doors. They are really well made and look good. The dog door inserts work well. Lauren was very helpful and Bryce did an excellent job on the installation.

Prompt friendly efficient service from quote to install & through to followup.I thought I had an issue which was promptly responded to, & the issue was I did the Aussie thing & didn't read the instructions for use. The Elegant Team were fantastic through this, happy to show me how I needed to use the blind.I recommend them to anyone who is after blinds.

Over the 3 years I have lived on the Mid North Coast, I have had blinds installed gradually in several areas of my home. The service I have received from measuring up to installation has been excellent, as is the product. Staff are always on time, friendly and polite. I totally recommend Elegant Blinds & Awnings!
