The returns policy is very suspect. Don’t buy anything of any value here I’d say. Also train your staff correctly on the law regarding the return of faulty goods.

Pretty disappointed as I bought an helium balloon ($15 with inflation) for my 6 YO kid's birthday party 3 hours before the party and the staff didn't tie up the balloon enough to the string and the balloon didn't even make it to the party and flew away between the house and the venue, I was upset but my kid was devastated.

Excellent store to find almost anything… Household, personal, animal, garden, gifts, food. Good prices and friendly staff. Store feels comfortable to be in and plenty of room to move around with a trolley. Would recommend.
