Beautiful beach to go for a walk. Refresh yourself with a swim . It was 17 degrees and went for a swim. Now that's refreshing. It doesn't allow pets unfortunately.

Amazing beach. Well sheltered from the wind. Seems popular with surfers. Many steps may prove a challenge for some.

This beach is beautiful. Soft sand, big waves. It is however unsupervised so you won’t see any lifeguards or swim between the flags so take extra care. Best to go with a few people.I would definitely return.

Quiet corner for busy beach days. Plenty of space to set up a tent or a gazebo. There is a relatively long shallow sandy beach that kids can play with supervision. There are little pools formed away from the beach that are safe for young ones to play. I won't recommend it for swimming though. The rocky section is great for exploration and watching shell formations.

This is a lovely beach to come walk around, maybe have a swim if game but be careful, or go rockfishing and also be careful. A great photo taking beach too

Honestly, the highlight of my time on Philip Island. Just a beautiful beach with rocks to clamber over (not at high tide), waves, wind, wildlife (if you sit still enough).

Just a very nice simple non-patrolled beach. Kids friendly, nice small waves and no undertow when we were there just after high tide.

Nice quiet cove. We were there on a rather windy day and had it all to ourselves. The kids loved climbing the rocks and seeing all the penguin nests either side of the stairs down.

You'd think all beaches would start to look the same, but it's not true. This one stood out for me. I do imagine the reviews of this beach will blend into one another though. It's just lovely. The only access I could spot was a reasonably long flight of stairs, but it was worth the climb and I didn't find it too difficult. Go at low tide (google 'tides today in Phillip Island' and you'll get the info you need) as the rock pools are quite gorgeous. If low tide coincides with sunset, it's a bonus. There's a little parking at the top of the stairs.
