A certain person took in to the clinic a neighbours cat that they had captured illegally ( because they hated cats ) and the veterinary clinic refused to give the cat back or put it back where it came from despite calls and emails and actually going into the veterinary clinic ... needed to jump through hoops to prove ownership, and yet they didn't require proof to say the cat was a stray as it had been reported as being when it was brought in.Unnecessary stress was put on the cat and owner and yet many people had come forward stating where the cat lived and wanted to return it but the veterinary clinic refused.The cat finally came home 3 months later and to the EXACT address it was reported to have come from.

I've been taking my 14 yo Golden Retriever to Cremorne Vet for over 5 years. I see Natalie the most and she is tremendous with Chloe and provides me with excellent advice to treat her arthritis and occasional other complaint. Front desk staff are happy, friendly and efficient. They always remember Chloe's name and give fer a fuss. She loves it.

Amazing service. I needed a last minute appointment on Christmas Eve for a dog bite wound. They squeezed me in and were so good with my dog who can be anxious and aggressive. It was the most fuss free vet appointment in years. Thank you so much!

Cremorne Vet looked after my beautiful elderly cat over Christmas. She normally doesn't eat when boarding elsewhere, frets and is anxious when I pick her up. At Cremorne Vet she didn't lose weight and was happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for taking such good care of her.

Always a caring professional service. All the vets we have seen have given excellent advice and always look after our little dog like he was their own! Reception staff are so helpful and submit our pet insurance claims swiftly.

We've been going here since our first Goldie rescue came to us in 2010. We mostly see Adrienne and Louise but they are all lovely.Even when we've had to say goodbye to our dogs, they've always been kind, caring and compassionate.They even made our nervous greyhound feel a little more relaxed on the scales, which he hates.Thanks, Ladies.

I used to love this practice, and I adopted my sweet cat from there . They always used to find homes for cats . Haven’t seen any lately, but maybe that’s because of Covid .Certainly 4 years ago , the reception staff were so friendly, helpful and reasonably long staying. However, I have noticed over the years, things have changed - always someone different at front desk, and recently ( about a month ago ) I had a very unpleasant experience with a front staffer who was very cross that I had rung the bell after waiting a few minutes . I just wanted to let them know I was there. However she came out with an angry look on her face , asking “ was it urgent!” She continued with her very unpleasant manner the whole time I was there. In retrospect I should have just walked out, and not bought the 2 bags of dry cat food there, as I have always done since adopting my cat from there. I left very upset, and I will not be going there again.I think the front desk is extremely important for the success of any business . The vets are good , but maybe they need to train their staff in customer service. Customers need to be greeted with respect and a smile for a start.I deal with the public in the health industry, and would never treat a patient like that, so unprofessional.
