Unbelievably unprofessional: other than the first encounter measuring out the window frames. The rest of the TOO many encounters were just hopelessly bad! So terribly unprofessional!! Damaged , very expensive product, which I never mind to pay for quality and professionalism!! Installation was just dreadful!! As if they hadn’t that a thousand times before!!So minus four stars (4 below zero!!)

Staff are super friendly and easy to deal with, can't wait until our blinds are installed. Quoting process was easy, the store has samples of all the options and we were even able to organise a measure when I was out of town to ensure turnaround time wasn't pushed out. Prices are competitive with all others in town and I'm sure if it follows suit the quality will be terrific. Turnaround time is a little more then first thought but that's just a show of how busy they are. Highly recommend based on our experience so far.

Had a representative call and inspect a remote operated outdoor blind to be repaired. Haven’t heard a word from this person or company since. No customer service. Give them a miss.

We had quality new timber venetian blinds supplied and fitted to all windows in our home in Toormina by this company over 14 years agoThey were great to deal with at the time and their product has stood the test of time. For the first time ever,most disappointed my new blinds scratched my wooden window sill.I was told nothing would be done about it!No responsibility taken.Very bad customer relations. They choose to ignore even after asking to see the manager.

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough about Coffs Harbour Blinds and Awnings. We have had considerable dealings with them since we moved to Coffs Harbour six years ago. The latest project was completed 9th to 11th January, 2023. This was to renew the insulated roof over our back deck which was damaged by the severe hailstorm of 20th October, 2021. All of the staff were exemplary and they fitted us into their very busy schedule of jobs. They kept us informed and met dates that they gave us.Great job Coffs Blinds and Awnings. We recommend you to anyone seeking competent work by a reliable and local firm.
