I have relied on Maccas Coffee on way to work for a long time and the friendly welcoming service. Seems that service is no longer available at Yamanto and it's all about the clock, get cars through and gone. Barely even a greeting anymore, let alone any banter. Blind them with the ridiculously bright digital menu board that they claim can't be toned down, LIES, this is 2023, all LCD can be brightness adjusted!Chris, you need your staff to concentrate on good service before fast service!

What a shame, that this company has put profits over quality. I remember the old days when you bought a quarter pounder. They so fresh.This store is a little hit and miss on the orders.

Absolutely the worse service I have ever experienced. We waited 30 mins for food. I ordered a toastie which came out like a white soggy sandwich. It wasn't even slightly brown and it was cold.When I returned it and complained the young person behind the counter was quite rude. The tables were filthy and there was food all over the floor. Disgusting. I won't be back.

The amenities were disgusting all 3 of them, and staff need to learn to Finnish the order they are doing instead of leaving order with all but one drink to do and go and serve some else, all we were waiting on was that drink and the staff member left it to serve someone else what a joke, not happy at all. What I should have done was take a photo of the amenities and posted that!

The Night staff around 9pm on 23/11/22 were great. The woman at the window was friendly and efficient and the food was correct, packaged neatly and fresh. We actually drive out of our way to this store because its managed well.

Order through menulog, missing items and what did arrive is stone cold, and no it's the ice cream that didn't arrive Menu logs website says to call the store. The store said to call menulog. Who the he'll is responsible here???

As always with these types of chains the experience depends on management. Not a great deal to say other than not a Hungry Jack's that I will go back to due to the lack of care In making of this product.

Waited 27 minutes for our meal in store. No apologies. We then got a melted, half full McFlurry, 20 utterly freezing cold and dry nuggets and cold cheeseburgers. The fries were hot and fresh though. Some of the staff think it’s ok to arrange their social life at the counter while it’s busy. Spent $57 and frankly, I was NOT happy. I don’t know how they pass health and safety to be honest.

Every single time we go here (wkly)....staff are always polite and cheerful, service is great esp drive thru. That's why we love going back!! Keep up the good work Yamanto!!!
