The most Answers I’ve heard from the sales person is ‘I don’t know’ when I asked some details about the cars, seems like they don’t really understand what product they are selling, but as a sales person they good at introducing financing extended warranty or insurance that anything makes you pay extra from your pocket. Guess they sometimes can do a bit of part time job like selling some coffee machine or TVs

Just visited this car yard, the sales woman was outside on the phone, we walked past her 7 times as we wanted to buy a new Honda CRV - she made not one attempt to end her phone call or get someone elses attention to serve us. Not impressed at all with this level of customer service and won't be back.

Let me walk through what happened after picking up my car from service. “We didn’t touch your wheel alignment you done it yourself” what the service guy told me. Then whispered to his colleagues “now we can sell him the wheel alignment”. Also changed the tyre pressure to different PSI on each wheel which makes the car unstable. Moral of the story, don’t buy a Honda, and even if you do never take it to Cardiff for service. They’ll mess with your car and ask you to pay extra to fix what they caused first.

We visited on a quiet Tuesday, receptionist will not get up from the chair to welcome you.She will still ask if you need any help by sitting on her chair at the corner.So if you are not familiar with cars, I recommend you to do your own research before your visit, you might get more information online, then coming to the actual store.We understand as a waiting period on most of the cars these days, but they’re so no interest of selling cars.

I took my car in today to get serviced and it was done within 4 hours and ready to collect when I had asked for it to be done. I was given a courtesy bus shuttle to my work (within 5kms of the dealership limit) which helped me a lot. When I collected my car I was told about what was looked at and what issues arose. I was very impressed with this service and would definitely recommend for all you Honda drivers out there.

The service when calling on the phone is absolutely horrific! They put me on hold for 30 minutes. So then I went to Cardiff Honda via my car and found out they weren‘t even busy and just chatting and eating! I realise that the people who work here are the laziest and most unorganized people I‘ve ever seen!
