What an amazing shop. This is a huge warehouse with various sections. If you can't find something just ask as the staff are really helpful and there are various sections. There is a whole section with harry potter robes and there is also an adult section for hens and bucks parties. This will be my first stop for future costume requirements.

If you have missed the old Base Warehouse on Euston Road this fills the gap, Massive warehouse of party supplies, everything from bamboo plates to balloons and decorations. There is also a massive selection of costumes, masks and dress up accessories. Prices are ok and selection amazing.

Made a large purchase a couple of days before xmas. Asked about returning some items if unopened and was told yes. Went to return a few weeks later after public holidays, iso and then having covid only to be told I had to return within 7 days …. No exceptions and nothing regarding the terms on the receipt !

I asked for a refund or store credit for some items in late October. Under Fair Trading laws I am entitled to a refund or store credit if the items have not been opened or damaged. They down right refused.We even explained why we like a refund or store credit. But they said No. Even the women behind the counter was very rude about it. I have given them so much business but now I will never go there again.

Worst customer service ever!! The staff happily sell off poor quality/faulty goods but if you ever require a refund/store credit, forget it. It is clear that their business model is to create an airtight refund policy that ensures none of the rubbish they sell can ever be returned. If you don’t believe me please read the other reviews regarding refunds that the business has attempted to justify. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!!
