Telstra St Marys

Visited Telstra Shop St Mary's . Having a new Telstra Shop in this location is like a breath of fresh air .The store looks absolutely immaculate . I came to the store because I needed a new NBN connection . The staff where easy to talk to and explained every step of the process . If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would . Many thanks , I will be recommending your store to all my friends and business associates

Went to port my phone back in to Telstra after changing my mind about going to Vodafone. Was refused and told I had to wait two weeks, which would take me outside the 10 day cooling off period with Vodafone, or at my expense, port my number to a prepaid service which they didn’t sell at the store.Utterly atrocious. The queues are massive and indicate they need more staff than they have. The entire experience has left me furious with the store and with the lack of service from the phone company I had been with for more than 20 years.I felt as though I was being punished for daring to try a different provider

Angel and Tanya are the reason I’m staying with Telstra. After my details were leaked from Optus, I changed to Telstra and joined Telstra at the Penrith store. After having a terrible experience at the Penrith store and they set up my phone account wrong, I strongly considered leaving Telstra. I went to the St Mary’s store to ask them to help correct the mistake,Angel and Tanya were excellent! They were so patient and treated us with absolute respect. The stuff up by the Penrith store was bad and was hard to fix. After a couple of hours, Tanya fixed it! She was amazing. If you are disillusioned with Telstra, go to the St Mary’s store.

The service is tops nothing is too much they don't rush and explain every detail their personality is tops

Went in there on 4 separate occasions to be ignored and not assisted with anything I had asked. told one thing one day and another thing the next , not impressed. (Also isn't the first time I've had issues either)

The staff down there are on point , especially Frank . He made me and my family comfortable and easy for me to have a chat with them in store . They know there stuff and have the best customer service around .

So visited the store today to get a wifi extender for my home, stood around for 15min before finally getting served. Told the gent what I wanted and was advised we would need to upgrade modem as well as he only had the extenders that worked with new black modem not the old white one, oh and we would have to come back in an hour as they are busy, also took my name and phone number Incas they could get me in sooner. No call and popped back to the surprised look on his face. Him and the other gent spoke to each other in anther language and fluffed about on the website looking for the extender, could not find it which I found amusing, then they flicked back to my account and advised me I had an old account and would have to buy it outright as I cannot add it to my bill(I already have an xbox, some headphones oh and 3 mobile all on the bill fine). I personally think it was a combination of not knowing the products and to close to closing time to be bothered, won't bother with this store again..

If the staff at St Mary's Telstra find out you applied for a Telstra Plan via a reseller, they will then treat you like an outcast and refuse to assist with basic support. They only care about signing up for new plans or purchasing devices through them. This is not the way to keep long term customers with Telstra.

Umesh I was very happy with the service he provided for me on that day and help me the next day I would come back again
