Without a doubt the worst Crust pizza i've ever had.Delivery took substantially longer than advertised and the pizza was so bad & flavourless I ended up tossing it out.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza with Ground Beef Topping and chilli flakes and the toppings were missed and called the store and the lady who answered told me that she made the pizza with all the toppings and not even able to listen to my concern.Unfortunately poor customer service even with out any apologies. Keep up the good work team as I won’t come back. Hope the owner of the store will look in to this scenario.

I had the most amazing experience with Vismay at st marys NSW store.We ordered a pizza with no tomato but instead we received it with no rocket and large slices of tomato.His customer service over the phone was exceptional to the point of perfection. He apologised over and over again and put me on hold to speak to the team. He then gave me 3 options on how to rectify the issue.Once I let him know a simple remake of the pizza will suffice he then offered something else in exchange of rocket as they had issues with it this morning .On top of that he then provided 2 small tubs of sauce for my other two pizzas as they didn’t have much on the pizza. Once my husband went to pick up the order he had a fresh pizza waiting , 2 small sauces and a drink popper for my daughter.This individual needs to be recognised for his customer service ; as a individual who works in the service industry I would be so proud to have someone like him working alongside me.Fantastic work Vismay and the team at St Marys Crust.

Change of management and horrible staff. I was trying to ask who I could speak to understand their decision to suddenly stop delivering to my address after ordering deliveries regularly for a year. Essentially told me they can't now and that's it and other staff in the background were saying audibly just hang up"This was the only restaurant that has always delivered the 15 minute trip to my home from their location. Absolutely terrible."

Amazing tasting pizza, great pasta dishes highly recommended. Food is always arrives hot. Delivery driver is always so friendly, always makes me smile, would be great to get some photos together.

This place is seriously underrated.Have been here multiple times and have never had any issues or mistakes with my order.Staff and workers are absolutely friendly and produce such high quality of pizza’s.I was never typically a huge pizza lover until I had crust, it changed my whole view and i will never buy pizza from any other shop then crust, have no budget for this place cause every single cent is worth it trust me you won’t be disappointed with this place!

The food is not the only great thing about this place - but the service as well! When there wasn't any stock of a particular item I'd ordered, Vismay went above and beyond to help me find alternatives, even adding some on the house, to make sure my experience was positive. I felt very well looked after and it's the kind of experience that will have me going back again.
