If you are looking to move your household items, then go with Kent removals. I really had a good experience with them. I moved my stuffs from Gold coast to Perth. Jot Wysman and Jai Williams came on time to remove the items. They were really professional. Took care of my items while moving. I would like to mention Nikki Brown and Elizabeth Adair for being so responsive through out the booking period etc.5 is the maximum star I can give in google reviews.

The 3 men who came to do th pack and uplift were very polite and professional. They did a great job. Packed proficiently, and managed my goods very professionally. Very happy with the service. The pre-pack liaison staff were also very good - polite, helpful and managed the process well. All parties were on time. Would recommend them

Do not use this business! Not only did they repeatedly not show up on the scheduled day of delivery, but after paying a hidden cost for the handling of a piano, it arrived with everything else only for me to be told they didn’t bring the tools to open it and they would come back later that day. They did not show up as promised. Back and fourth calls with the company led to a PARTIAL refund for the handling fee and many promises that they would be there the next day. Each day I would stay home to ensure I was there when they showed up - except they never did. Two weeks later two men came to “handle” the piano with the forgotten tool: a hammer and screwdriver. As the company only posts the best reviews I wanted to reach out so that others don’t fall victim to their terrible customer service.

Kent made a full 3 bedroom move across the country while pregnant and with a toddler so much less stressful, every step went smoothly, we cannot thank them enough.

If you value your goods and your time, don't buy moving boxes from Kent.Bought boxes from their online store, delivered late, partially first, then delivered a used and broken 95$ tv box, with insulation missing. Claimed to be new. Minimal contact and phone generally just rings out. After much discussion they believe the attached photos are of a new tv transportation box. I'm SO happy we aren't using them for removal, I cannot imagine how they would mess it up.

Kent removals helped us move from the Gold coast to Melbourne in a timely manner, they were always ready to answer questions and the guy's were very careful with our furniture.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Totally useless from the very beginning of the entire process and through to the end on every front from admin and customer correspondence through to services provided and everything arriving ruined due to disregard and recklessness.I paid for them to relocate three collectible designer chairs, I paid an extra fee for the chairs to be bubble wrapped and extra care to be taken. There was a note on my file instructing the team members of the value of the chairs and to take extra good care. The chairs arrive NOT WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP and totally scratched torn and water damaged. Of cause I had the premium top insurance policy and filled a claim immediately. It's been over a month and I still have not heard anything back from Kent, and my claim. I have called and left polite voice messages and sent numerous emails. I REALLY STRESS TO YOU, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST THEM!It is just not worth the stress of everything arriving damaged, regardless of the extra money paid to wrap them, that will be ignored, so will you. I have been totally ignored the entire time. And if you think insurance will mitigate, think again. They will just ignore your claim.My only option is to take them to court to resolve this which means spending more money on legal fees after I have already lost so much money in the value of my chairs.:(I PASSIONATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND KENT! FIND ANOTHER REMOVAL SERVICE!!

I have used Van Lines on two previous occasions for moves within New Zealand and each time the service was excellent. With the move to the Gold Coast I wasn't sure whether the good service would continue with another agent and Country involved, and I'm pleased to say it was again excellent. All our goods arrived safely, not one breakage. Well done everybody especially the packing team. Communication was excellent and whilst I found it strange that my Australian contact was in Melbourne, Bianca was always readily available and prompt in her responses. Thanks

AVOID AVOID AVOIDNot only did they break several items.They only take partial responsibility for the things that were under insurance and I say partial because it has been almost a month WITHOUT a positive response.The dining table was destroyed, fragile items broken.They deviated everything to the insurance company saying that Kent is not taking care of this anymore.They are not answering my calls, emails, etc.THERE IS NO EMPATHY, the insurance claim team treated as badly and rude.I submitted all of this to the ACCC and I'm ready to take them to court because we are obviously not the first ones to deal with it.
