ESP Recruitment

Disappointed with this company, I applied for a job as a packer on Friday, saying that I could go to work on Monday. As a result, agency sent a text message on Monday telling me that the company had cancelled, and then they don't have job opportunity for me. I suspect that the company just asked the job seeker to provide personal information.

I love this agency, been with them more than 1 and half years, great team support and always helpful when you need for help. Once again I can’t thank enough the Esp team effort to give me opportunities!!! Highly recommended

The girls that work here have not helped me at all. Their phone manner is unsatisfactory and rude. I have found my own job as they haven’t called or offered any assistance whatsoever. If you are looking for work I suggest you find another recruitment office.

I feel truly atonished by the hard working attitudes of your organization's representatives. I had booked a meeting disconnected because of getting a few things done I nearly missed the booked meeting as I was 20 mins deferred in arriving at the setting ,as opposed to knocking in startlingly, my veritable self obligingly calls your office to settle on additional activity and as informed that theyre OK to direct a web-based interview, I showed up for a web-based interview after which the individual on your end herself reasoned that I know nothing about the movement routes.Or should be the way I posed her couple of certified inquiries about different open doors and movements ,the woman plainly wrongdoings by telling me theyd contemplate the profile ,yet certainly had simply one more arrangement as a main priority .Even after rehashed calls and texts I dont hear back .When I choose to fail to remember this rowdiness as a horrible I am getting this email expressing ,there hasnt been a reaction from my end .What a flat out disgrace for an enlistment firm to do this sort of bulleying and misdirection. I simply trust my criticism help save one more of my buddies from going through this experience.Much appreciated

This review is solely to warn the potential employees of ESP. I strongly suggest for you NOT to deal with a lady named 'Liz' from ESP Recruitment in Hallam. As her job, she set me up with a temporary role for 2 weeks with a company. Once my time at the company was up, I ask Liz when I would see the remuneration for the services I provided. Liz replied extremely apologetic and said she had forgotten. I remained polite and asked Liz if she could please sort this out as I needed these funds before Christmas. Liz replied the following day informing me she has processed the amount and I will be seeing funds the following day. Liz also informed me to 'NEVER' contact ESP again, and to 'NEVER' return to the company I had been with for that time. I asked Liz why she was asking me to NEVER contact ESP again? and I also asked if she was bitter because I asked politely for the remuneration for the services I provided? I never was unprofessional, I followed protocol and the client of ESP I was working for offered me a permanent position! I was extremely shocked, insulted and intimidated with the way Liz replied, it was toxic and weird (because she was so lovely before that). I actually blocked her number because I literally did not want to see her reply. What makes this situation worse, is I contacted someone named Georgia at ESP, who told me she was the manager because I wanted some feedback onto why I was treated like this and I wanted to understand why. Georgia did NOT care, and also NEVER got back to me. I tried to email ESP asking for a direct email to a manager I could discuss an issue with, and never got a reply. So the best I can do, is just to warn any potential employee's looking for work, is not to necessarily put your trust in all the people at ESP, or even look for another recruitment company (there are plenty). In saying that, I know there are some lovely workers at ESP, but as I did not get an apology, response or feedback, I suggest not dealing with Liz.
