One of the most unprofessional service especially by the woman who sits in the office. She was disrespectful, unhelpful and did not take responsibility for the workmanship carried out by the workers. Trusted them to do a full service on my 4wd a couple of times only to discover they did not do an oil change and obviously charged me for it. Also replaced my windscreen wiper with a faulty one! Lucky I have good friends and neighbors who checked for me and were disgusted by the service performed by Swick. I would definitely not recommend. Good luck and God bless you for continuing to abuse me! Well done! You just showed publicly how immature you are as a business! There you go, rather than taking action to make amends you attack me personally, show your true narcissistic colours to all by arguing with me and still taking the focus off the issue and justifying your actions in a very unprofessional manner and carrying on attacking me! Look who needs to go to therapy now.
