don’t get me started on the hold times, i used the mygov app to renew my rego for 3 months and it now says it’ll expire in 1 month! WHY!?

Driver license renewal after a long period of lapse. Belinda from Service SA had been extremely helpful to sort out ways to validate our absence while working overseas. We would've given up trying and prepared to start our learners had it not been her great advice. The team was all trying to help us but Belinda went above and beyond. Very grateful to have our drivers license so we can quickly settle back.

I received quick and friendly service. I got there just before 12 on a Monday and only had to wait a few minutes before being served. When I left there were a lot of people waiting so I'd advise to go before/after the lunch rush if you want to avoid longer wait times

I have a traffic fine to pay off it's over due so the post office won't accept it. I went to Service SA in Marion. It's disappointing that you no longer provide the service where fines can be paid in cash at Service SA. The gentleman was nice and told me which website to use or ring a number. This means I have to pay on line and not in secret. My father sometimes checks my bank account. My point is can you please bring back the option of paying over due fines in cash so that those of us who have strict fathers, horrible husbands or nosy housemates can pay in secret.

Been going there for over twenty years. No complaints. Great staff. People just have to have some patience. Every now and then customers come in droves. The staff can only handle one at a time. Again, very happy with service.

Phones are not answered. Website for Learner testing is useless. Pictures don't load, or are incomplete. Total waste of taxpayer money! No wonder we have so many young road user deaths when student drivers are forced to guess or cheat to get their licences!!Absolutely useless! What a joke!

Went in today to renew my license. Very busy but had a really positive experience. I was greeted by staff who directed me to the photo area and then to computers for payment . Process changed some since last renewal i.e. customer has to process the payment but it was easy . For those who are not computer literate staff were only to happy to assist . Whole process took ten mins ! Staff demonstrated that they were knowledgeable and flexible, working multiple areas. Well done and thankyou to staff . Great service
