Fantastic service. These guys really know what they're doing!

This is my local barber, has been for a couple years now.I've never left here unhappy, Ethan takes his time and you never feel rushed.Every now and then you get something complimentary, i got my nose hairs waxed at my last appointment for free... i think just so Ethan could show me that it didn't hurt.

I come to this barber regularly and find the quality and experience generally good! Today however, was a disappointment! Yes I understand today was the second day since coming out of lockdown and it’s Saturday and I expect there would be a queue of people waiting. But, I was one of three guys who lined up from 8:15am, surprisingly, shop wasn’t opening till 9am. The queue got longer as the clock was ticking to 9. Just before 9, one of the barbers appears with two guys, my thought was, 2 new barbers, so we should be in and out once we sit down. The disappointment was that these two other guys were his mates (not barbers) and he chose to push his mates ahead of the paying customers waiting outside before opening. No hello, no explanation, no nothing. A total disrespect for those customers waiting to be served. Fortunately for me, the young lady (barber) that arrived around 9 and did my hair when my turn came around was very professional and bubbly. I walked away happy with my cut but sorry for the way we were treated by the main barber. One would think, having the business closed for 3 months that1. Shop would be open earlier2. All three barbers would be working3. Respect for loyal customersHope this review makes its way to the owner.

My son has always had great haircuts at Barber Industry, the wait is never long and the hairdressers are really friendly and low-key. Makara did an excellent cut today, she really listened to what sort of cut my son waa after and took great time and care

My hair cuts are straight forward but I always leave feeling neat and presentable - exactly what I am after. Staff are all friendly and will only chat if you are up for it. I have been a repeat customer over the last years and see no reason to change that.

Ask for Ethan. Very skilled practitioner and best barber I've had in 20 years. Not only great cuts but hygienic, little to no waits (can book ahead with Ethan) and just a pleasant time. Always leave with a great fade and feeling satisfied.

$45 for the barber to mess up your hair.Edit for reply: Hi. I asked for a zero fade and a bit of tidying up on top. The barber, not sure of his name, had a hair clip on his head (Asian guy in his 30's), took too much off the top then ended up buzzing it. Ended up having no hair left and had to go on vacation the next day. In the end I paid $45 for a buzz cut. Barber was also not well and was sneezing and coughing, he had to take a break while cutting my hair to freshen up. Service can be excused, but Utterly disappointed with the haircut. This was on the 29th Dec around 4pm.

The team here are quick, efficient and always friendly. There always a new face but they're all very friendly and helpful!

It’s not a haircut you want to have to pay for. Been twice. Two different “barbers”. Won’t be back sorry.I asked for a fade and didn’t get one.I asked to take some length of the top and got almost no hair left.Yes, it's only hair but you have one job.

I hope I don’t come off rude and I have never left a negative review before because I truly believe that one mistake does not deserve a bad review.However, the experience I had today was very disappointing. I’m convinced that the lady who cut my hair had no clue of what she was doing.Before she started cutting my hair, I used a picture to best explain how I would like the lady to cut my hair. I’ve lived in Melbourne for 6 years and this is, by far the worst haircut I’ve gotten because:1. After I’ve come home and showered, there are still many strands of uncut hair.2. My hairline in the back and in the front is VERY messy and uneven.3. The hair length of the picture I used is around 10cm and she’s shortened my hair to about 4cm when I explicitly asked her to only shorten it a little bit.For the price of $35, I did not expect the haircut to turn out amazing but I just don’t think this is justifiable as I’ve had many $10 haircuts a lot better than this.I will not be returning again.
