Very rude staff… stood me up!Ask staff member for assistance “looking for a bun net” staff member doesn’t know what that is so I had to show a picture of what it looks like from google. Staff member said “he will look it up” saw him came back looking for it then saw him asking other staff members for it and never came back to me with an answer.

The products there is VERY INCOMPLETE .And the people who work there doesn’t want to help me find anything , always with a poker face service customers.

I waited patiently for 10 minutes with my daughter who was in need of an asthma pump, only to be told that the script couldn’t be filled because they were out of stock. The pharmacist was having a lovely time conversing with her friends across the counter while we were waiting. Excellent service….

Appalling customer service in this store not uncommon with most other CW stores. We certainly will never use them again

I called up last week to double check the availability of a particular perfume and was greeted with a very polite employee. I proceeded to purchase it and had no issues at all, thank you so much Henry! (:

$100 for perfume but there’s no testerI wanted to get a specific one but unfortunately they don’t have tester but why would I spend $100 without even trying it

The “Head pharmacist” turned me away with an official script because the original was not attached, which was attached to the repeat script that I provided as proof…but instead of helping and trying to provide a solution he turned me away so he didn’t have to do his job and hide behind the process. He also said why I couldn’t go to the original pharmacy, who says that to a person wanting their medication, because I can go wherever I like with an official script. CW staff are normally pretty good but the Managers at head office and the “Health care” community in Melbourne’s a joke and only care about money rather than people - who are the ones paying for your products.

Very rude staff! I tried to refund a product and they said I couldn’t the manager ( Trong L ) didn’t want to refund a product . I have the receipt and everything, just waste my time and money.I don’t recommend this place!

We dropped in here yesterday afternoon to pickup a few things. As we were in a bit of a hurry, we needed help locating the items we needed and I have to say that the floor staff was super helpful, thank you. The cashier was also very friendly. The main con about this outlet is that it is a little cramped!
