Stay away! At the time of booking they advised a certain scan can’t be bulk billed, later I found out that it is their insufficient licensing that doesn’t allow bulk billing, not the certain scan I was having.

Have tried for over a week to make an appointment…they neither answer their phones, nor do they reply to emails or voicemail messages! Totally hopeless service.Rang PRP at Eastwood…talked immediately to a real person, promptly got an appointment. Just because a Dr writes your referral for MMI , you don’t have to go there. Referrals can be used at any imaging service.

I understand medical businesses are busy, but they make it impossible to book an appointment with a real person. I had to book an appointment through their phone answering robot, and when I emailed them to confirm the appointment a week before no one ever emailed me back. Turns out that they don’t offer the type of ultrasound my referral (with their name on it) requested. Disappointing to take a morning off work and drink a litre of water just to be told sorry we don’t do that. Maybe answer your phones and check the referrals for upcoming appointments.

Shocking service go to woah! Staff rude and condescending, was given incorrect arrival times, forced to sit for forty mins in a crowded room, very noisy whilst waiting for a blood thinner to work. There were plenty of spare rooms for the patients to wait that weren’t being used. $$ first, customers 5th priority for this outfit. Would not return, only went as it was close

Recently required X-ray, ultrasound, MRI and CT guided injection. Nothing was too much trouble for the team arranging bookings, extra tests to ensure my safety for procedures and informing what documents were required. Very knowledgeable staff in all areas. Special shout out to Professor John Magnussen who carried out the CT guided injection, he throughly explained what would be involved, likely outcome and recommendations for future care plan.

Extremely bad service. You call them and annoying IVR keeps telling you how valuable you are and offers to leave a message. After they pick up, they drop your call. So you wait 10 minutes and they just hand up on you.I sent MRI request via the form on their web site. Received email that stuff will contact me. 11 days after - nothing.Did a couple of tests before. Person who did review of the images didn't see some obvious issue. Later GP called them and went rude, so they made up excuse that they gave me a wrong description.... with my name on it. Yeah... of course.

Excellent service provided by the receptionist. We went there for Ultrasound scan, they described about the scanning and well explained their observations. On demand they can print out the images and gave it to your hand immediately. Again excellent service.

Conveniently located. A polite staff me to reschedule to a different location due to black out and then called again when their power was restored. She also went through what was required before I showed up (drink a lot of water an hour prior) for the ultrasound. On arriving a staff member named Aparna Sharma was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and the ultrasound technician (can't recall her name) was very professional and reassuring throughout the time I was there. Results came out quickly and all was good.

After completing the examination, I wanted my own results, but I was told that I had to get the doctor’s approval. The doctor was shocked, why do I need someone else’s approval to check my own examination. After getting the CD at the front desk, it was empty. I don't know what this hospital is doing.
