Had ducted AC installed 4 years ago with this company. After 18months mold patches appeared throughout the entire first floor ceilings on a BRAND NEW house. The system had leaked throughout the roof cavity and hadn't been wrapped properly. It was repaired but initial damage was done to the gyprock. The system has never cooled the entire house properly. On a hot Summers day it struggles. After SEVERAL attempts at trying to make contact (they are not good at returning calls) they finally sent someone out to check. They spent 2 days and different people in January testing the equipment and control panel and then left and we've heard NOTHING since. Oh but we did get an invoice for their 2 days of testing". So we have an expensive system in a 4 year old house that has never quite functioned properly to its supposee capacity

These guys are very friendly & well mannered. Great service,fitting us in on a very hot day when no one else wanted to even try. Sorted the problem quickly & gave us stratergy to manage our AC unit drainage more efficiently.

Had an appointment for someone to come and do a quote for me at my unit at 8.30am. at 8.45, gave the office a call to see if they had been held up and they were on their way. The office said they would call back to let me know over an hour later, and no one has called me back. Bit frustrating as I had organised arriving to work a little later to accommodate this appointment.

I was going to call you guys for a quote, but when I read one of reviews stated that you only install AC units which you also supply, I thought this is not a comprehensive service, since myself and many other people these days are wanting to order their AC units online e.g. Kogan etc. It would be good to see AC installers flexible around installing AC units ordered independently by customers. Not happy.

Shout out to the staff in the service department for their prompt and efficient communication and fantastic onsite support. Due to our location we’ve had to call on them over the last few years and have always found the same

Fantastic job by Col and the boys. My old AC died and Col came out next day for a quote. New one installed 3 days later. Couldn't be happier with service and price.

Highly recommend Matt and his team from Summit Air Conditioning Sunshine Coast - super efficient and professional, very reasonable pricing and most of all did a fantastic job installing new aircon, new down lights and relocating existing fans and power points. It's hard to get good service from trades on the Sunshine Coast these days and they are above the rest!

Book service on Monday didn't turn up, I had to ring them, sorry staff shortages three days later. What a joke $185.00 dollars just to look at air conditioning unit, tell me what's wrong with it and leave without fixing the problem which was explained to them before booking.
