Easy to communicate with. Always happy to work around our hours

If we could give this company less than 1 star, we would. They repeatedly missed a termite infestation despite being called out 3 separate times when we concerned there were active termites. In the end, I made a video recording of the termites and only then did they acknowledge the problem. The person they sent was incredibly rude and clearly had no idea what he was doing. This resulted in over $20,000 of damage to our house. Use this company at your peril. They also contract the work out to other people so you do not get who you think you're getting.EDIT TO ADD RESPONSE: The work was booked through my husband that is why you don't have my name in your system. You have done 2 of our properties. We have tried contacting you directly and you are refusing to accept responsibility. Your company promises the world but you have abandoned all responsibility and been negligent in your service that has failed and significant damage was done as a result.
