They can talk the talk, but they CANT walk the walk.The execution of our polished floors was very disappointing to say the least.They are not realiable in showing up on the agreed dates or at the right time.When problems starting poping up, we were offered no professional guidance or solutions. Instead they wanted nothing to do with correcting issues.The floors where left scratched after the second polishing path, left buffing marks and the polish isn't even.To add to that, they were too hasty to allow the floors to set properly and as they stepped on the floor too early after applying the sealer they left a foot print mark...forever.The quotation was not forthcoming either. A generator hire charge was added on top of the bill... But the generator on site was badged as their own. I have never seen a tradesperson who separately invoices for their essential tools of the trade as 'rental'.In summary, we found them unprofessional, unreliable and unfriendly
