Do not purchase from this place, cheap and nasty quality made in China!!I purchased expensive Gold furniture which has all tarnished and rusted, cheap nasty quality!!!Their customer service is even worse, disgusting the way you treat clients!!It’s only the flashy name and Website that makes them look classy!!Filthy old trashy Warehouse out in the western suburbs of Sydney!!

Avoid at all costs! I have placed 3 orders with James Said and finally felt compelled to write a review. After waiting over 8 weeks for a side table it arrived significantly damaged with marks all over the nickel which would never have passed QC. It should’t have been delivered to a customer in that condition and just looked cheap. As compensation I was offered a part refund which they said would be processed that day. A week after and having still not receiving anything, I phoned to enquire and was told that it hadn’t been processed. My most recent order I was told would be an 8 week lead time and after 10 weeks and hearing nothing I phoned. I was told it was 2 weeks away. A delay and no courtesy call to advise me?! Not to mention a 12 week wait for a tray. I will continue to stress that while James Said continues to promote themselves as a luxury store, their service is anything but. And when I dared complain I got attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME from Management.
