This man is a bully and a thief. The owner of the property wanted to sell and he was clearly annoyed she went with a different selling agent, he took the time to contact me the tenant and let me know, suggesting I look for other rentals and showed me other properties he managed. The oven was in also in need repairs at this time of sale and I was liable but to owner decided to pay for the repairs as a thanks for being so accomodating during the sale processas. Chris angilley didn’t tell me but t I’m selling when agent had, so I ignored the repeated invoice as I was told he knew. I eventually called the selling agent to confirm did the owner pay and he confirmed yes she paid for it over a month ago. He eventually allocated my rent to the oven repair and then sent me a rent arrears notice. I contacted him to I form him I was aware It was already paid for. He pretended he was unaware of that payment when I confronted the him. He then stopped completing my inspections sent another man instead. I suspect he charges the new owner for the same repair too. He just sent and $8000 repair bill which includes replacement of dog screens on windows that did not have screens when I lived in (I installed temporary screens) and ridiculous items such as a $280 repair to a wall which had a single nail in it.

Chris has been great to us as new tenants - he has consistently checked in with us and ensured we were comfortable in our new house. I feel comfortable to contact Chris shall I require any assistance with our rental property and lease.

Chris and his team are so easy to work with. Chris has a wealth of local knowledge and is so easy to talk too.Chris managed our rental property for years, so it was a no brainer to stick with him for the sale too. Despite market conditions and the constant changes that we faced, Chris always remained positive and provided great advice throughout. Although longer than hoped due to the drop in demand, we still received a great outcome. We would not hesitate to work with Chris and his team again.

I feel that Chris has been deceitful, at the time of buying a property in spring farm, Chris said the tenants would clean garage floors and and driveway, all stains would come off and that front driveway would be repainted. So we bought the place and on settlement inspection the stains were there. I have just found out that I should have put this in the contract document and not taken his word for it.Be sure you put everything the agents tell you in the contract before exchanging.

We were very happy with Chris Angilley, he made the inspection happen after the open hours.He was helpful with any information, and made sure information was correct.His communication and patience was great, and we’ll informed, and on call for any help we needed from the first inspection to receiving the keys.

Chris has been so good to work with, very patient and understood of all our wants and needs when looking for a tenant. Easy to communicate with and helped with any questions we had.

Was extremely rude to us as tenants and spoke down to us during a walk through of a property. Couldn’t conduct himself in a mature professional manner due to previous issues in the property. Refused to accept right sided liability for an issue in the premises and wouldn’t explain to the owners they were liable and ended up loosing a tribunal hearing over it. Allowed the owners to abuse us (the tenants) during tribunal. Sat back and excused their behaviour because they are hot headed. Also lies hand over fist in tribunal and out. Us as tenants have now lost $20,000 in furniture to mould that was not treated, failed to make the owners repair water ingress from a leaking roof in a timely manor stating that lang and Simmons have told them that mould is the tenants responsibility…… he may be knowledgeable in some areas, but lacks it in important ones. Do not recommend.

I attended an outgoing walkthrough with this company and I was appalled the way a young female tenant was spoken to by this older male real estate agent. I actually had to step in and ask him to lower his tone and use more respect towards her. She had said the same thing occurred inside the residence towards her while the owners were present at an inspection. He also allowed the same owners to yell at her and belittle her and made excuses for their actions. Very unprofessional and lacks knowledge when it comes to tenancy’s. Do not recommend.

Chris Angilley’s initiative was unparalleled during the sale of our property. Chris’s communication was excellent and efficient. As we were overseas the whole time, he made it feel seem less over WhatsApp and email. The only sad thing about our successful sale is no longer requiring his services.
