I drive an hour here and a hour back weekly for a PT session with Rachael, and shes a fantastic trainer! Great gym and good equipment. Membership and personal trainer prices are the best around less than half the price of my local gym! The owner Jesse is a great guy always friendly and professional.

A great gym tucked away in the heart of Maffra. Very good equipment for both circuit and strength training. Clean and with a spacious back room. Great!
