Awful customer service!Not recommended at all!

Sunday morning (27/02 at around 10:15am): I was after the Pitbull Silver Skull Shaver blade. Although it was at out of the stock, the girl in charge spent almost 5 minutes showing me on the screen where to buy online even emailed me the links. Great service. Thank you.

Great service willing to help you the lady and the Vietnamese guy were really really helpful even it is gonna be overtime for them. They were solving the problem for us. My partner needed to buy the Dyson hairdryer today and went through a lot of trouble. He said he have never felted this kindness from any shop before.Helpful!!!!!!!! Great service!!!!!!

Wow... first time leaving a store with a purchase and feeling unhappy, all thanks to that white chubby lady, mid-hair length, wearing glasses at the counter. Last Thursday (14th), I bought a hair shaving kit with her co-worker closing the sale. While paying for it on the counter she was very pushy on me buying that $10 bottle of oil. Prior to that, her co-worker already explained and tried to up-sell it to which we already had an understanding that since there's an oil in the kit, I'll try to get the hang of it and when it runs out i will come back. When I told her I'm saving the purchase for the next time, she said 'no you won't'. I was shocked with her attitude and said, i would, it's a good excuse to leave the house. She replied with a condescending attitude and said 'trust me you wont'. I commented on how negative she sounded across, and she told me 'I've seen it a lot of times, I know you won't come back'. She said a few more statements in regards to that, all the more making me just want to cancel the purchase. I instead answered the survey by the counter to which she said it's not going to affect her. When I walked away, I saw her get the ipad survey thing, and not sure if she deleted that. Overall, I'd rather buy my oil anywhere but there. Heck, if it was allowed I would've just returned my purchase as I don't want to have anything to do with a store employing someone like that. Hope someone talks to her or you can blame the low rate of return customers because of her.

Was served by the Manager Karina, needed some help picking out some products. Her advice and expertise really helped and guided me to get the best product that that really best suited my needs, ended up walking out with more than I expected and I am so grateful for her help. I will definitely be coming back with my friends and family for Christmas shopping.

Walked into the store 20 mins before the closing time to buy a shaver. There were two ladies who were extremely RUDE. I wanted to buy two shavers but I didnt liked the type of trimmer they had. So decided to buy only one. The lady made a face and thought she would get away with it. I agree that it was closing time and they must me frustrated but I dont think things work like that in customer service as I work in the same industry. I would have bought the other shaver if I was not treated rudely. Very unprofessional.

I tried to look a shaver which was on special. There was no one around and no sample so I opened the box to check whether the product was what I wanted.I got approached without greeting and told not to have a look as it is so cheap customers are not allowed look at it. Bizarre!

Esma and Angeliki were very helpful in store helping me choose my trimmer. They listened to all my needs and explained the products very well. I'll definitely be back and tell all my friends about my experience!
