Ozzie Shed Builders

I engaged Chris from Ozzie Shed Builders to build a 7m x 3.1m shed. It took a hell of a lot longer to build than expected.But, it wasn’t Chris’s fault – the manufacturers and supply issues were the real culprit. Chris was helpful and obviouslymore patient than myself. However, we worked through the issues, permits, lots of calls, etc. The tradies, from concretingthe foundation to erecting the shed were the best I’ve seen – and I’ve built multiple sheds, pergolas, and even been an owner builder.Chris also made sure that the shed I wanted was fit for purpose – we ended up raising it in height. You don’t normally get that sortof customer service, at a good price for a quality product. It was worth the wait.Simon C

We bought a large shed and had no idea how to put it up. Chris was extremely professional and experienced. He managed the whole project including the Build Permit, his team turned up on time to work and took great care in their work. I can thoroughly recommend Ozzie Shed Builders.

This is one of the very few negative reviews I have ever written on anywhere but I had to. Chris has quoted a shed installation on 14th of January 2022. We paid a deposit straight away. From there on he did not pick up numerous phone calls of my partner, has not answered messages, has not returned voice messages, neither emails. I have called him from a different number for the first time and he straight away picked the call. I have told him we were not able to reach him last 2 weeks and he did not answered or turned back to our calls. He said he talked to my partner which he did not hence my call. He said he doesn't like my tone(?)he has been flat out and sick and this . I told him he could let us know since he told us he could install the shed in Feb. And asked him if he still wants to do the job? He said he will not dance when we want(???)I have not insulted, have not been rude in anyway. Basically told him we could not reach him and we at least would expect a message. I think he was caught in an unwanted / unexpected call...He was furious and blaming everything but himself.If I was a trade person like himself firstly I would send a message whoever is calling me numerous times for any reason letting them know for this or that reason I would not be available.If I was not available for any reason then I would not pick up any calls from my work phone . This shows he has been avoiding the calls from existing customers.Moreover I would talk to my customers nicely since I was the one who has been avoiding my customers. If the things are ok being nice is easy. As a person you show your ethics when things are not so ok.A basic apology would do and solve the problem.But like any other person who won't take responsibility he started blaming my tone of voice and my being demanding(??)...I have asked him to send the deposit back asap. He asked for bank details. And we will see about that.I will also complain to Stratco about this person as he was one of their referrals.

Fantastic to deal with very good at their job and easy to talk to their Contractors are very good at their Jobs and hard workers the shed look's great thanks guys will recommend anytime.
