Absolutely disgusting customer service. The Salesman was friendly to begin with, while we negotiated price with him and he thought he had a sale. However, my hubby & I then privately discussed whether or not we should part with OUR hard earned money right there and then or wait and consider our decision a bit more regarding the purchase of the boat we were very interested in. My husband was verbally abused when he then informed the salesman that we had decided we would wait and have a rethink before making our final decision. This purchase is a special momentous occasion for us to celebrate the end of over a year of my husband fighting and beating cancer. It is supposed to be an enjoyable, happy adventure that was soured by a very rude, unprofessional, commonplace salesman who needs to learn to conduct his dealings with an improved attitude and show respect to potential customers. We now definitely won’t be returning to purchase anything from this place. Wouldn’t want to “waste” anyones time.Update:-* if I missed any details I apologise…. I had a stroke 2.5 years ago hence my decision making being slower. I did not realise that having to ask for more time to “think” would be responded with such abuse.*we have since been informed that they are known to be difficult to deal with.* fortunately we have been able to find another boat, same price, much better condition, with a seller that was so lovely to deal with.

Just purchased my first van and could not recommend this place and staff high enough. No pressure sales team but super helpful when needed. Would shop/sell here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!
