I’m very happy overall. Ash was very helpful in offering his professional opinion and several solar options for my unique situation and demands . The whole team were very organised and accommodating. The installers were very efficient and did a quality and tidy job . I was pleased to hear the inspector praise the installers job .

I have been considering installing solar for many months procrastinating about all the different solar companies out there.So l turned to YouTube and found advise on Solar Quotes. One of their recommendations wasPRIMERO SOLAR AND ELECTRICAL.I am so glad l went through Primero, as their sales rep Ash Fields was very easy to talk to, no sales pressure just extremely helpful with all my many questions throughout the process.Primero team of installers were so professional, working together as a team for an outstanding installation of my large 20kw solar system.I could not recommend them any higher for a professional hassle free installation. Primero is a small Australian local business who employ their own super qualified technicians.I am so pleased that the system is already out performing estimates that they had quoted me. Overall, if you are looking for solar, Primero Solar and Electrical, will not disappoint.

Primero did a great job on our 8.6 KW solar installation. The feed to the carport from the switchboard was difficult but the team managed to come up with a good solution with no extra holes in the interior walls of our townhouse. They also fitted a 32 amp outlet for EV charging which is super convenient. I chose Primero because they use their own people for installations and have a good reputation. The Inspector commented that it was one of the best installations he had seen. I thoroughly recommend the Primero team.

The whole experience from getting a price to installation and compliance check couldn't have been easier.Ash got me the best price for the system I wanted and the installation happened 4 weeks later after a little bit of paperwork.Dillon and his installation team arrived when they said they would and the system was installed and commissioned that day. A very efficient team who had obviously worked together before.Luckily the compliance surveyor who signed the system off and connected it to the house/grid was in the area three days later. He called to see if it was convenient to attend that day and the system was up and running.The surveyor rated the installation team highly.A great hassle free installation. Thanks to the Primero team whom I would highly recommend.

We went through Solarquotes whom provided Primero as one of their recommendations. We went with Primero due to reasonable price, knowledge of solution, tailored approach and no obligation discussion.Primero were fantastic from start to finish. Paul was our main contact and was extremely easy to work with and extremely helpful. Everything was organised on my behalf and was truly a hands off experience with no suprises.Install was also excellent. Installers were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. When the independent inspector came, he was also impressed with quality install. Apparently his previous site took over two hours due to the workmanship. However he was relieved when I said we went with Primero, mentioning he rates them top in Vic. Took him only a few mins to inspect everything and said install went above and beyond. System up in minutes!Couldn't recommend this company enough. We were worried with all the rogue companies around. Do yourself a favour if you want a stress free experience. Call this company!

Very disappointed with Primero. I know our roof is steeper than normal - this is why I have been explicit in discussion with potential providers.But Primero came several times and said it could be done. My pool solar is on the same roof, and recently I had someone go all over the roof to clean it, prior to installation of the long awaited solar panels.Primero weren't the cheapest quote but they gave me some confidence they knew what they were doing. We paid our deposit, waited a couple of months then on the actual install date they said they couldn't do it - too steep.What a waste of time.Meanwhile the other companies I got quotes from I rejected months ago.Back to square one - sigh.Now awaiting the refund of my deposit. Stay tuned.Update: refund processed promptly and efficiently - that's a small but welcome bonus.

We had our solar system installed last September.Prompt and professional communication before and after install.Ash was good to deal with for quoting. He answered all of my extensive questions I had. I liked their quoting process as it allowed you to compare several different product combinations for the panels and inverter.The install went smoothly and on schedule.We had issues twice with the inverter (solar edge) within a couple of months of the install. But the after sales contact Andre was prompt at having the issue looked at remotely fixed. We haven't had any further issues.Price was reasonable compared to other quotes we got.Would recommend them.

The installation was done in half a day. Highly professional team and was able to anwser all our questions. We got a two inspections from Solar Vic, one is mandatory, the other one is a randomly chosen safety and quality check couple of months from the installation. The inspector said the system has absolutely no problem. Couldn't be more happy about the service from PrimeroSolar.

I found Primero very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and Georgina was great. Slight delay in getting panels from the manufacturer but once started the whole thing finished and signed off within about 3 business days.. The installers were also very professional and helpful and left the place very tidy. I am very pleased with the results. The inspector had one minor issue which was fixed the next morning. I have also since discovered that they have a reputation as one of the better companies in the solar business.My only problem was not related to Primero, but once solar was installed United Energy said they had to configure the meter. Turns out they changed my rate from single tariff to time of use, which I neither wanted nor requested (although it may have been in a document and I didn't see it, although I did read everything). I asked to have it changed back and AGL said there was a charge to do that which I didn't think I should have had to pay since I didn't ask them to do in the first place. Just something to be aware of and worth asking about when getting solar.Other than the tariff problem, a very happy camper.
