YK have let them go $75 per hour and have been left with unbalanced accounts that I was told were fixed dating back 3 and 4 months and are now having to fix. Over priced and didn’t do the job WOULD NOT RECOMMENDActually they were not reconciled correctly as I have servers supplier coming back to with amounts outstanding that you have as paidYou gave the impression that the change to Xero would save my large amounts but these were minimalYou promised a lot but did not deliver I now have a person who is half your rate and took the time to sit down with me and teach me Xero system complimentaryThat is what you call service and helping your clientI don’t mean to be horrible but your reply was very fake I wish you wellJust to let you know I have found a bookkeeper for $35 per hour half the price of you and does better job
