The team at Bundaberg Autoworld is so different from any other yardI visited that day. They are so friendly and I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs. The salesman was able to answer every question I had about the vehicles and made me feel I was in the hands of industry professionals. I bought a Golf comfortline and it such a great little car! 10/10 would recommend

Be warned the service advisor/ Worksop controller has very poor technical knowledge on Gwm also very rude with customers, makes you wait 40 minutes to be served when no customers are there, all my car needed was a software update to rectify rear radar failure when trailer plugged in which affects all cannon models built between Oct and Dec 2021. Told me car was fine when tow bar was fitted so the problem is more likely rats and stipulated I will be charged for the repair. He won't take phone calls with the excuse he is to busy. What a joke?

Terrible service! No one answers phones , staff are rude as hell , mechanics out the back have no knowledge . You’d think that they wouldTake a bit extra care of 2 customers that paid cash for their brand new cars. Maybe read the bulletins next time guys.
