I visited Baby Bunting in Thomastown to see if I could purchase some gates for our fur babies. Isabella served me and she was brilliant! She was so helpful and put in a lot of effort and was absolutely lovely. It makes such a difference as a customer when you receive the type of service Isabella provided.Thanks so much!

Great customer service at Thomastown, a lady named Effy went out of her way along with her manger to help me find out what was going on with a baby monitor that I had been waiting to arrive for a very long time and was happy to help me even when I needed to cancel it only due to me finding it at another store.I have found everyone at the store so helpful and assisting me with all my needs everytime I have come into the store these past few months.

Wow your customer service is awful. To sell a display carseat but forget to mention that you sell floor items *as is* even with missing parts is seriously flawed. Especially for safety. I rang to get the shoulder pads as the seat didn't come with them only to be told its not a safety issue and I need to pay for some? And that kids as they get older pull them off? An absolute disgrace. Your meant to be experienced in baby care and safety

Extremely rude staff. They’re never helpful and make it seem like a chore to serve you - it’s your job! Two staff members were standing in the middle of the store on their phones, gossiping and showing each other videos and ignoring customers. Appalling service, do not recommend at all.

Customer service is very rude.Rang store as we were running late and needing to buy a $100 gift card. Asked if it was possible if they could wait for us 5 mins after closing time.Lady answer the phone said no as we have family to get to. I explained that we were from regional Victoria, and we had been caught up. The response in return was how is this my problem?" and repeat again she has family to get too.There could have been many and much better responses than being outright rude.I was prepared to organise details and pay over the phone as "my till closes at 5pm" as it was stated and we could had zip in and out to collect the gift card

Been here a number of times but sadly won't be returning. My husband and I kindly asked the cashier upon entering if we could please have some assistance with the baby monitors located at the front of the store. The young lady paged for someone to come and assist however after waiting over 30 minutes for someone to help us, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. It was clear no one was interested in helping us. Will be purchasing my monitor and breast pumps elsewhere. Very unhelpful.
