Spotlight Melville

The newly built Spotlight is better that the previous one. The staff are very helpful and the stock is much more diverse than the previous one.The parking area is very large and drivers can exit via the ramp near JB HIFI onto leach highway to turn left. The other exit is the exit to McCoy St. The first exit goes Leach Highway then left only at Leach Highway. At the roundabout the second exit travels along McCoy St to North lake road and the third exit goes to Canning Highway. Great place to shop for a variety of goods.

Stop misleading us! Written $20/m fabric ends up to $57/m fabric!!! When I ask, comes up you've put a little From" wording that was hid under pile of fabrics!!! Ugly trick!"

I got the temporary blinds. I called before hand to check if they were available. The person was kind to keep aside. The blinds are great

This was my first time there. It's a big store, very clean. Set out like all the other Spotlight stores and nearly all the sections were full of products except the yarn/craft section. So I presume they had sold quite a lot that day due to sales or they were waiting for a delivery. I found what I was after, got it at 40% off.The staff were great, polite and very helpful.I drove from Kwinana,used Google maps it was very easy to get to. Would love to amble around next time.

I'd like to congratulate one of your young ladies, one whose name is Jasmin, the the other young lady, her name i never got but she's a Maori i think. Jasmin who served me in her curtain department, I'm over 70 so I was extremely grateful & happy with the customer service I received from both girls & particularly Jasmin, my first experiences in your new Melville store was great & look forward to coming back. Bunnings for hobbyists...great stock levels. But..and it's a big but...prices seem to have risen substantially over the last year. Bargains are harder to spot.

I recently visited spotlight to purchase curtains for my home and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from one of the staff members. I believe his name was Lucas, and he went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect curtains for my house.Lucas patiently listened to my needs and preferences and provided valuable recommendations. His attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to explaining the differences and benefits of each one. His excellent customer service skills, coupled with a solid understanding of curtains and home decor, helped me find the perfect curtains for my home.

Had trouble finding Candle making supplies, went back and forward 3 times, asked a young girl who was working there who took me back and forward another 2 times and couldn't find it then a young boy who was working asked what we were looking for, he took us on another up and back trip, eventually the young girl yelled out found it"Couldn't fault the staff's intentions to help

Guess who's back! And absolutely hitting it out of the park.The original shop burnt down in August 2020 after the devastating fire. But after being rebuilt, this shop is incredible.Well planned floor plan, bright, clean, and a positive ambience. It's bigger than its predecessor.You can buy anything from cookware, sheets, material, craft goods, and so much more. A place to go wild!!Staff are super friendly and so sweet. They are happy to be home!
