Purchased a makita vacuum pump plus battery and charger as I don’t use this brand typically.The item does not work as specified and can’t do my job correctly without it. It’s costing me money daily while waiting for a solution. Purchased another item to do the job and am left out of pocket $800 due to item not working to spec and total tools not eager to help saying it’s for makita to sort out.I didn’t buy it from makita, I purchased from total tools for the reasons of customer support. Please just sort this out and make it right. I’ve contacted them 3 times with out a return follow up call. Very disappointed with the service. Do not buy a makita vacuum pump for split systems if you want to pull vacuum to correct specifications.

A tool I purchased from this store failed the first time I used it, I expected the return/refund/exchange process to be a nightmare like most other places but it was the complete opposite. The guys there couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s hard to find customer service as good as theirs, and for that I will return. Thanks again.
