i went a couple of months ago to get a new car key cut, to which i had already bought a blank key from elsewhere beforehand. i was charged $40 for the key to be cut (absolutely ridiculously expensive) and when i asked if the older man could put the battery from my old key into my new one because i didn’t have the tools at home and could see that he did, he responded with “well that’s not my responsibility”. i explained that it would help a lot, especially because i just paid $40, and he just said it “wasn’t his problem”. terrible service. wasn’t happy.today i went back out of desperation as my expensive ‘the horse’ watch that i hold a lot of sentimental value to required a new battery. i was quoted $20 and they said they could have it done immediately, so i waited. i watched them working on it for about 15 mins, the older man handed it back to me- all scratched up from the tools and really sharp saying “there wasn’t anything he could do” and it wasn’t going to work. i asked why he kept forcing it and therefore made heaps of scratches on my beloved watch and he replied with “there isn’t anything we can do about it now”.i took it to warilla grove jeweller after this and they added a small amount of lubricant and had it open within seconds.i tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt but they have lacked empathy, care, and have had no respect for me as a customer or my belongings twice now. this is unacceptable and i am immensely disappointed in the customer service (or lack thereof) that has been provided.

Rude and Arrogant, Unprofessional, usless service , do not use this service !had key cut by the older staff member, took home, no workTook lock and key back, he took key messed arround, gave back i am standing at counter, still binding and sometimes not working,he took it off me turned it a couple times and said “ there it works for me”got home binding badly and most times wont open,threw in garbage, and will go to a Real Locksmith somewhere,,

Went to the shop today past the young man a key i wanted to get cut very happy to help put when he could not fine a blank key aasked the older fellow for help and the response he gave while looking straight at me was probably have one but don't have time and looked at two people standings nere buy and said to busy very disappointed very poor service if you don't like your that much maybe its time to retire or learn better customer service

Very helpful, took my car key in because I thought the battery was gone as it was taking several goes to get the car open, he opened it up which was also tricky because the thread on the screw was gone, gave it a once over and a clean up checked the battery and told me it was all OK just had moisture in it. Gave me a few options and then found another screw and sent me on my way. Key is working great and all at no cost.Very helpful, good ol fashion service.Thank you.

i went here around 2pm on a friday. the man served me quickly and was very understanding of a car key i put through the wash.. twice. confusion turned into laughter and he quickly quoted me between $90-$290. i felt that was reasonable since i would’ve had to buy a new key and program it to my car. i went back at 5pm the same day and he had my key sitting waiting for me. he fixed my key and my remote inside, showing me the frequency of the remote for the low price of $21. such a beautiful, quick and efficient bloke.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Akshay and John at Mr Minit in Shellharbour! I needed a new car key and they were so patient with me. I had an unexpected emergency crop up so I needed some time to save for the key - they were very understanding and patient about this. I truly appreciate their customer service!

I broke my car key in half they were able to fix it and the cheapest one thanks

Thank you to the gentleman that fixed my garage door remote! I thought I would have to replace the battery or entire remote and neither were necessary. Just a quick fix from him.
