Miss 4 dropped her tablet on the tiles last night and smashed it - extremely upset we headed to Narellan first thing this morning and took it to iRevive. They were amazing, told us they can do it on the spot and pick up in an hour. They also presented Miss 4 with a range of new tablet covers for her to choose, they put a sturdy strap through the case as a back up and she LOVES it! All leaving very happy ❤

Got my work mobile screen repaired only for the screen to start playing up after a couple of days. Took the phone back with the receipt to be told that I needed to pay a further $200 for a new screen. I complained only to be met with hostility and claims that I had thrown or dropped the phone, even though I informed them I hadn’t (there was also no damage to the phone as I put it in a tradie shock proof case after first incident which took me to this horrific retailer).Zero after sale customer service. Do not buy from them, cause if you have an issue, they brush their hands of any responsibility or fault.

Recently got my iPhone repaired, overcharged quoting apple prices and apple authenticity for replacement of apple screen 10 $325 and under delivered, within the first hour screen was non responsive and a week later we discovered screen recognition wasn't working. Went back to report issue and technician said it wasn't their problem. Hence taking them to the tribunal - do not waste time! Completely unprofessional and biggest scammers.

The store manager and staff sell iPhone refurbished screen protectors overpriced, two hours of repair phone the screen was locked and pictures blurry 3 days later face recognition failed - we took it an Apple dealer only to find out the screen was not an Apple refurb. . Went to request a refund and discuss issue with Manager only to staff avoiding the issue and have another store manager threatened violence and tried to start a fight! Ridiculous customer service, now a police matter. All could be avoided if trained in customer service!!! Unprofessional and aggressive. Fake dealership!!!!!!

Purchased two screen protectors for Samsung galaxy phones at $30ea. The man never told me that it would affect the sensitivity of the screen. The fingerprint doesn't work. The manager refused to give me a refund even though I was never informed that the defect was a possibility. Will never recommend or purchase anything from them again.

An absolute scam!!!! They charge you $70 for a screen protector they promise is the best on the market and will last forever. Then when you go back to find a few weeks in this isn’t the truth at all, they smash another iPhone with supposedly the same screen protector on with a stapler.. The stapler dents the screen protector and then they tell you that yours has been damaged the same and it isn’t faulty. Clearly they face this issue often and have devised this strange plan to not have to honour any kind of warranty.

Purchased a screen protector only to have it fall off 3hrs later, when I went back to have it fixed or refunded they told me there's nothing they can do as it's a glued screen protector, if I had been informed of this prior to them making the sale I wouldn't have purchased this item, extremely unprofessional service with zero after sales service, if only I could have given you less stars I would of.
