I have been dealing with Espresso connect for the last 10 years the team has always been friendly , helpful an most of all prompt . which is rare in this industry. during the lockdown sales on commercial have been terrible thank goodness for the ECM domestic range.

Thanks guys. Super pleased with my new Quick Mill Rubino machine. George was really helpful. Definitely learned a lot about how to make the perfect blend. These people know their coffee, that's for sure... Machine looks amazing in my kitchen.

In April 2023, I purchased a well-known high end manual coffee machine from a well known retailer. Barely used the machine one week, and found a fault with the water tank's sensor. Had the tank replaced. Then the machine did not want to show all 8 recipes. It showed only 5 recipes. Then the machine refused" to make me a coffee!I took the machine to the manufacturer's authorised repair centre. Not wanting to have a repair

I bought ECM coffee machine in this shop 18 months ego. Everything was good, until service time.My machine is not in every day used, probably all together 50 coffees made, and something was wrong. Service cost was $ 437.87. I believe that I was overcharged, and they return back $110.Still I believe that service for coffee machine should not be the same price as car service.Just be aware where you go for your purchase.

I needed to get a new grinder and with very little time left in the day, made one of the fastest purchases I've ever made for something reasonably expensive. Gavin was super helpful, took the time to explain how best to use it and get the best grind (including the obligatory and very welcome test espresso). Excellent place to head if you want to get set up properly at home for great coffee (good roasted beans too)
