I had an appointment booked for weeks for a special event only to be rung up last minute to change to a later time and even though I explained at that time and when I arrived I needed to be out by a certain time this was ignored and I had to leave without the treatment as they ran late. The staff were not interested in trying to sort it so I left. Not impressed
