Again a big thank you to Maree and Mick and their Team - we had our Van up there this week for a minor warranty repair - nothing is too much trouble for them, the repair was completed without any hassle - very friendly and pleasant to deal with - highly recommendA big thankyou to Maree, Mark and Mick and his Maintenance/repair Team / We are on our 2nd caravan from 7th Street Caravans and could not be happier - they are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them - if you are after a caravan new or used I highly recommend 7thStreet Caravans

Dawn and I picked up our new caravan from Seventh Street Caravan at Heatherbrae last Friday. We are very impressed with the professionalism of the team. The team was very patient with the hand over of the van and with answering all questions asked. The team went beyond helping us with the attachment of a stone guard purchased privately. Seventh Street Caravans are highly recommended by us.

They promised to replace table top when we purchased the van. Now ten months and twenty plus phone calls later they are still promising to get a new one but as per usual nothing is happening.

**edited with below reply**1 star is being generous!If you’re looking for a caravan that falls apart in months, unroadworthy and no after sales support or service then look no further! I would NOT recommend 7th street caravans to anyone. No one should have to go through the same issues as I had. I ordered a caravan from them and they “accidentally” cancelled my order, I had no choice but purchase the other caravan that arrived unless I waited another 6-8 months for my order. Endless issues with the caravan and Maree. I have had over 25 issues with the caravan from the breaks not installed correctly (50% maximum breaking capacity) 7th street assessed this as “road worthy”, fridge stopped working, shower leaked into the wall, reversing camera stopped working and the list goes on. A 9 month old caravan with issues from day 1! None of these issues have been fixed yet. Don’t waste your time with Aidan and Maree•Before you try and tarnish my name and reputation I would suggest you have your facts in order as you are threatening me with legal action to remove my review. So below is your comment prior to your edited version with the factual details following.**””Obviously wasted our time on you fixing it , didn’t we 90% done with rest organised to get done It’s a shame there was no mention of COVID with lack of parts and staff No mention you live in the van and timing is crucial toboth partiesNo mention you didn't show up in jan when we had you booked in.How dare you insult my wife and myselfHow dare you incinuate that we don't cover our warrantyYour comments says more about you as a person than itdoes about us. “”**So when you suggest 90% percent is complete, half the issues occurred within the first month with the other half occurring in the first 3 months of me owning the caravan. After selling my house to travel for the next 12 months, my holiday became 3 months as missing skylights, leaking shower into the wall breaks not installed correctly and the fridge not working meant further travels were not possible.I would regularly call to find out when the parts would arrive, I was responded with “next month” until it became “late January” (9 months after purchase).When you claim the van was “booked” in for repairs, this was to have the fridge looked at. When I initially called about the fridge not working, your wife responded with “I don’t have time to deal with this right now, we are getting ready to close for the Christmas break”. As I was not able to make it to have the fridge inspected I messaged one of your employees who was inspecting the fridge, they were nice enough to open and view the message that same day leaving a time stamped read receipt. So this would suggest I had made attempt to reschedule until your “late January” suggestions.“Late January” arrived and still the parts had not “arrived”, this continued until the end of March when I contacted fair trading and then voila! The van was booked in for repairs for the middle of May for “One Week”. This then turned into 3 weeks as either the parts hadn’t arrived or the wrong parts were ordered.After 3 weeks there were repairs neglected and not complete, as well as one of my belongings was removed from the caravan during repairs and not returned.So I would suggest before trying to insult my character, I would review the facts of the matter. No body should be waiting 13 months for repairs which are still incomplete.
