If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. They were rushing too much that I was left with these nails with bubbles forming not even 24 hours later. As a nail tech they should take more safety and caution in regards to how they do nails as the bubbles forming indicates that they didn't dry it properly and now water has formed underneath which can result in mould growing under my nails. How messed up is that. I even asked the lady if I could put it under again and she told me no. Why is it so hard to find decent nail salons. This is absolutely ridicolous.

Lovely service by Lucy. I'm not the type to socialise well, so it was nice and quiet. I just put a podcast on zoned out. She checked in with me if the design was alright. Really good service.

Never going there back. Worst way of removing acrylic nails. Do not have any sympathy. And not using proper techniques of removal. If possible should give 0.

I went in to spoiled my beautiful mother and I… they were so lovely to my mum however this other employee had a attitude towards me out of nowhere! I was furious.. I just ask one simple question! Response to me rudely. She was the worst bad customer service I’ve got, the one wearing a Tommy Hilfiger jacket.. never again even though they’re affordable prices but not worth it! Such a bad first experience I ever have than the rest of the nail salon I’ve encountered!I would not recommend if you’ve got the younger looking employee, that just doesn’t seem interested working at her work in the first place! Lol

absolutely shocking! will never go back, i first asked for a infill and to have french tip when the applied the under coat it was see through and blotchy and then they added white tip & they looked absolutely disgusting and thick & the french tip was uneven and not even centre ! which i then asked for it to be removed and just have a neutral colour because i could t stand looking at them which they did but did a rough job and left me with bumpy and gross ugly nails. mind you the manager was rude and got mad about it all when it was there fault & continued to charge me $55save yourself the time and don’t go there

Horrible customer service very rude and talk with attitude!!!. They apply nail polish that’s see through and nails aren’t even done to a good expectation. also quiet expensive for just acrylic nails. Unfortunately you have to give a rating but if I had to choose it’d be 0
