Prestige Auto Mechanic

12 midday on a Saturday our car was making a horrible noise. We happened to be driving past Prestige, and stopped in. What kind service! They took it for a test drive and had it up on a hoist in 10 minutes. Diagnosed failing wheel bearing. Thanks so much for being a great help gentlemen!

Imran was incredible today!I called him in a panic an hour before closing on a Saturday as I needed to get back to Melbourne for work and my car was having issues driving greater than 80km/hr after being towed out of mud the night before.Imran ran full checks, even cleared out all the mud, swapped over the wheels to ensure there were no other underlying issues and continued working on my car well after closing time. To be incredibly grateful is an understatement, I was able to drive back to Melbourne before dark and be back for work. Such incredible service and incredibly generous with his time. Will be encouraging all my friends in Ballarat and surrounds to have their car serviced here from now on! Thankyou Imran!

The place to go if you have a very tight deadline. I called 10 mechanical shops for a next day roadworthy. Prestige was the only place willing to slot me in at short notice. They ordered in parts locally for repairs needed next day. If you want the job done, no fuss and quickly would recommend giving them a call.

On the surface they seem very helpful but to actually get the work they quote for takes too long. Nice guys though, probably just too busy.
