We purchased a sideboard from this company and paid for delivery. When it was delivered it was not to the same standard. They took it back and it was agreed that we would have the one on display on the floor of their shop. We had to wait another month for delivery and they did not deliver the one we agreed on. When I visited the shop the gentleman owner was rude and aggressive. His staff are lovely and I feel sorry for them. My advice is do not shop here!! We have been delivered a sideboard that is not of the same standard as the one on display.

Too expensive and not much in there.

Well what can i say, it's the best interior shop in the Highlands.

My wife and I found the owner of this shop extremely rude, particularly to our children.We went to this shop looking for some dining chairs and upon arrival, we successfully set up our 2 kids with our phones on a couple of chairs while we looked around. We actually couldn’t believed how well behaved they were on this particular day. Our peace and quiet was quickly interrupted by the shop owner storming over to where our children were sitting and yelling at them, telling them to get of the chairs while holding a laminated sign in their face and asking them sarcastically if they could read - They are 4 & 6 years old.I then tried to change the subject and tried to keep the focus on the chairs but was only met with more rude, oppositional behaviour. I quickly gave up and decided we would shop somewhere else. While leaving, she started abusing my wife and saying, “leave and don’t come back” and “your kids are out of control lady” and accused our kids of jumping on the furniture which again was completely false.On our way out and with my wife and 4 year old daughter now in tears, another customer decided to leave and also commented on her appalling behaviour.We then went to a shop 100m up the road, (Suzie Anderson Home), bought 6 beautiful chairs and were served by friendly and helpful staff, which was comforting after our disturbing ordeal.I would never recommend or go near Country Homes & Interiors again and would suggest everyone I know to do the same.

I have been shopping at Country Homes for many years.. this shop is a gorgeous mix of everything you would need to furnish and decorate your home. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The prices are amazing for the quality of the pieces .. highly recommend..

Have purchased several items from this shop. The shop is beautiful well maintained and the owner and staff are nice to deal with and extremely helpful. All of the furniture and items for sale are high quality and well made. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

Love this store. I have ordered several pieces of furniture and had them delivered to Melbourne. I was only comfortable doing that because I'd visited the store years ago and loved it. The website is appalling and the owner quite rude and difficult but the staff are fabulous. If I was rating the online shopping functionality it would only be a 1 star rating. You need to ask the staff for pictures from the shop floor then select what you like. They are used to this request, given how bad the website is.

This is a beautiful store overflowing with gorgeous items. Lesley was so helpful. You will be inspired after a visit.

Patti came to our home to assess the space we wanted to furnish then listened to what we liked from the shop. Her lovely husband then delivered furniture and finishing touches to our home. Three years on and we are still thrilled with how Patti created a welcoming home for us.
