Andrew Furlong is very experienced and knowledgeable about the north shore market, competitors, potential buyers, their budgets, what buyers are looking for. He will not turn over your house as quickly as possible, very strategic, and will work to getting the best price even if it takes longer. We had a 5 week campaign with Andrew happy to go to auction if that is in clients best interest. Fantastic, professional, five star serviceI was referred to Jenny Han (McConnell Bourn) by a friend who dealt with her previously, after a quick call she came to the property to inspect and within a week arranged for small home improvements, photography and had the property on the market that same week, working around the clock sometimes past 9pm to get things done.
