Never in my life have I wanted a massage to be over. The most painful and rough massage I have ever experienced. I enjoy a firm massage but this was next level. I asked a couple of times for it to be less firm but she just giggled..?! Lots of pushing and shoving in places that hurt especially right into my shoulder blades.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Felt extremely uncomfortable with the male masseuse and despite several attempts to resolve my concerns, all correspondence has been completely ignored with not even a simple acknowledgement.

I'd had a pain in my shoulder and neck for a long time. Had a visit a couple of weeks ago and became very happy with the outcome.I haven't had a pain since then.

Not a good back massage. Went in with a sore back and explained where it was sore. The lady didn't deeply massage any sore spots on my back but had a weird technique of pushing and shoving which had me rocking back and forth a lot of the time which was very unpleasant. She also kept rubbing the muscles over the shoulder blades which really hurt and didn't feel at all like it was softening the sore spots or doing any good. I've had many massages at places like this but overall I would say this was the worst experience and I went out feeling like I had wasted my money. At the beginning I asked for a remedial massage but when it came time to pay, they said the boss was away and they didnt know how to use the machine to get the health fund rebate. Very convenient.

Very happy with the serviceI had a major problem with my shoulder. Great massage to loosen the muscle and stick on heat packs with advice on how too apply and for how long

Not listen to customer just do same area over and over. Waste of my money

Very rough, no oil just rubbing throwing you back and forth.. had to ask for it to be softer about 5 times but it was more the technique that wasn't comfortable.

Best massage I've ever had. I'm so surprised by the amount of care and effort that was put into my massage. The massage was tailored to my body not your average massage!
