The watershed guys in this store are exceptional. They go beyond just wanting to make a sale.Simon in particular took his time to give me lots of helpful tips concerning reticulation and being waterwise as I am building my landscaping business .Fantastic service.

I was hesitant to go there initially because we all assume they charge more than Bunnings. But I needed help designing a retic system and Bunnings won't do that. The two workers are great. There was no limit to the amount of time they were willing to give me, even working after closing time. The quality of their advice blew me away. These guys are geniuses. When I had difficult design problems Simon must have been thinking about it because the next time I'd go in he'd have a solution figured out for me. The systems I've put in work exactly as these guys predicted. I get all my retic from these guys now and they've got to know me and give me a discount so no point going to Bunnings any more. Now I look at my retic systems with total satisfaction every time the water turns on. If you want my advice; if you want a cheap sprinkler go to Bunnings, if you want quality, reliability and good service go to these guys.

Simon is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything related to irrigation and reticulation. He provided us great service and explained different options patiently, very happy customers.

Staff was very unfriendly and rude. Was about to pay but when asked for the price got a shocked that price of the exact same item at Nutrien Water was cheaper by at least 20% .. don’t mind paying more if he doesn’t have such attitude so we decided to walk away..

I knew shopping here I'd be paying way over Bunnings prices but I like to support small business. it seemed like me being in their store spending $300 was an inconvenience to the young bloke with the attitude that served me. Better and way cheaper at bunnings
