This company are blatant scammers…. Ordered a Fitbit 3 weeks ago… got an email with tracking number saying it was on the way. When I clicked on the link it said that the product had not been scanned into the system yet. Contacted company who said to be patient for delivery…. No other response. Products do not take 3 weeks to be delivered. Avoid these scammers at all costs. Let’s all contact fair trading and shut them down.

Terrible experience. Ordered 2 smart watches and didn't received for 3 weeks and did consistent follow up via emails there was no items received by the Australian Post. I had to call and follow up frequently and then only received after more than a months. Product quality was worst. The guidbook was in chinese language so couldn't understand anything so I have asked for a refund but haven't received request. Avoid buying from them!!!

These people are SCAMMERS wish I’d read the reviews on them before touching them!! They sent me a Fitbit that only lasts a couple of hours and on a full charge!! Stay away people buy through sites you trust.

Total rip off. Bought 3 x fitness trackers, didn't come with the charger pictured, can't turn on, phone number goes to message bank with no call back, emails not returned. Don't give them a cent they are scammers°°°°!!

Scam! This scam company" doesn't give your order untill you actually email and tell them that you're going to report them. Then they send you your "order". The thing they send you is a product like the one in the picture. That is not what they said it would be! The specs are not matching. I ordered a drone

I ordered a Fitbit watch also, 5 days ago. I had a confirmation email of my order, and no movement of item being shipped or dispatched, so. Quite concerned. I emailed them and got a response saying they will follow up with Australia Post and will update me. I'll give this another 5 days, and they should offer me another watch free of charge, or refund my money. I'm hoping this is a genuine site to order such things. It seemed legit and I hope they come through in the end. I will update in a weeks time.Update 8th February 2023 - it's now 3 weeks going on 4. I've been in touch via email every 3 days with the company. Each time is another reason for the delay. The carrier has lost my item. That's easy, arrange a replacement. Now they keep saying they are checking with the carrier company. I think I've lost my $ and looks like I'm never going to get what I paid for or see a refund. I will update one last time for my final review. I am hoping this company does the right thing by it's consumer.I'm feeling more dread each time I ask what's happening.Final update 9th February - After a final email to customer services asking them to take responsibility for my item, a tracking number was finally sent through and was tracked by Australia Post and was on its way. It arrived 48 hours later. I'm very happy with my purchase. I admit I had never encountered this ever before with a tech company. I'd advise to be aware of who you purchase from, do your research before buying, and stick to a tech company you know well locally. Talk to others about what's best. My experience unfortunately has affected my trust in this company for future purchases won't be happening. In the end, they looked after me, but the damage has already happened.

Terrible. Lies upon lies upon lies. I ordered an item.. guess what.. never arrived. I was told it was with Australia Post.. and it wasn’t. Australia post had no record. Difficult to communicate with. Take your money and never deliver. Disgraceful is an understatement.

Wow! Super impressed thought 5 stars were bots and this was a scam. Did a product review for weeks, not a company which made me nervous boy was I wrong. Got my drone in 2 weeks, super happy.

Purchased a smart watch and after a week and few follow ups, got a message saying the item is not available with no offer on refund or alternate purchase. After few days of follow ups and reporting to Fair work australia, got my refund. They seems like a legit business but too risky to deal with as a customer with no proper support services. Be sure before placing the order
