Footy field on the fringe. Creek and riverbank mangrove one way, heavy industry in the other, motorway at close distance - all within cooee of the safety of Mum and Dad fibro city, brick veneer mortgage made paradise. Ran around the park once, in my dobok, we did Taekwondo as a group while the sun was setting - one of my fonder memories.

Only one thing annoys me - this is a public park with toilets that are ALWAYS LOCKED why can't these be open during daylight hours for the public to use.

Doesn't have kids play area. While the salt pan creek bush walk is excellent place, worth exploring place in the an urban location.

Stuart Street Reserve is a nice set of three football/soccer fields in Padstow and home to the Padstow Hornets Football Club. It is placed at the end of a quiet cul de sac and has parking on site. The Padstow Hornets club house is also located on site. Goals are set up during the winter months. The grounds are also accessible by foot from the Salt Pan Creek walk and reserve connecting Padstow to Punchbowl and Riverwood. There is also a MacDonalds nearby to the grounds.

Not enough parking spaces, narrow roads. But the fields are good to play on.

The reserve is nice to go for a walk n forget ur in the city. There’s a lot of board walks n bridges, ponds n ducks. Nice to walk the dog. It gets a bit muggy n mozzies when the weather is hot.
